These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the phwim Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact phwim's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of the dispute arising. phwim is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes for matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
phwim reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or via a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
